Other Important Information

Rental Vehicles:
If a parking citation is issued to a rental vehicle, liability typically lies with the rental company,

which may charge your account or contact you regarding the citation. However, the rental company may provide Skyy Parking with a Release of Liability, which transfers full legal and financial liability to the named person(s) or entity on the document.

Ticket Disputes:
If you paid for parking or have mitigating circumstances, include all available documentation when

disputing the ticket, even if some supporting records are unavailable.

Broken Pay Stations:
If a meter or pay station is malfunctioning, do not park in the space. Failure to pay, regardless of

meter functionality, may result in enforcement action.

Fine Schedule Example

  • Overtime Meter:

    • $54 if paid within 30 days

    • $98 if unpaid after 30 days

    • Admin/DMV related charges
